Here at www.neoglamz.com, we only carry genuine items. Every one of our products is authentic and comes straight from the manufacturer. We perform multiple thorough quality checks before shipping, removing the possibility of fake goods.
All of our skin care and grooming products have undergone dermatological testing, Even though we still advise doing a patch test before using any of them.

Returns Policy
NEON GLAMZ’s “Easy return policy” allows customers to request a product return or exchange within 36 hours of delivery. You can only request a return or exchange if the product is defective, missing, or incorrect. Please take note that the package unboxing/ unpacking video is mandatory. You must request a return or exchange within 36 hours of the delivery date.
Step 1: Within 36 hours of receiving the order, send an email to info@neonglamz.com to reach our customer support team.
Step 2: Send us the details of your order ID and your request for a refund, exchange, or return. Please provide us with a picture of the product, the shipping box, and/or unboxing videos along with the invoice via email for our records.
Step 3: In two to four business days, we will pick up the merchandise. We will start the refund or replacement procedure as soon as the products arrive in their original packaging, complete with labels, barcodes, and seals.
Reverse pickup special instructions: The product will be picked up in 2-4 working days after the reverse product is assigned, which will happen within 24-36 hours. Once the product and packaging box have been picked up, we will carefully inspect it and start the refund process.
Note: The availability of a specific stock is a determining factor in replacement cases. We will reimburse you the full amount listed on the invoice if a replacement is not available. The free gift is a part of the item order and must be returned with the originally delivered product.
The following circumstances will not allow returns:
- The product is damaged from misuse or excessive use;
- Used or open-sealed items;
- If you decide you no longer like or need the product;
- If you return the product without its original packaging, including the shipping box, price tags, labels, original packing, freebies, and other accessories;
- or if the original packaging is damaged or the serial number has been tampered with. Products that are defective and not covered by the seller’s or manufacturer’s warranty;
- products that have been used or altered; requests made after 36 hours of the order’s delivery;
- Free products from the brand; and items that are part of a kit, set, or combo are not eligible for returns or replacements on their own. Only in the event of damage or defect will the entire package be replaced. Unless an item is received damaged or defective, or you received the incorrect product, none of the products in the sale or clearance section are returnable or refundable.
Terms and conditions of Freebies.
- Freebies, its products, and its shades depend on supply.
- Freebies can be changed based on inventory availability or brand preferences.
- Freebies cannot be exchanged or refunded.
- These terms also apply to vanity and NGcombi kits.
Refunds Policy
All Refunds are handled within a maximum of 15 days after the returned items are received and inspected by neonglamz.com. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. All the approved refunds with prepaid orders made via a credit card, debit card, or net banking will have their money returned to the original account within 10 business days. We will start a bank transfer using the refund amount against the billing information you have provided, or we can use a UPI transfer, in the event of cash on delivery orders. Following the return of the products and the email containing your bank information, this procedure will be finished in 10 business hours. There will be an additional 2 to 4 business days before the money appears in your account.
Please be note that there are no refunds for the fees/ charges on cash-on-delivery or shipping fees.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet,
- First check your bank account again.
- If you have made the payment via Credit Card, then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@neonglamz.com
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to info@neonglamz.com
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Cancellation Policy
Orders that are not shipped… How to cancel?
If you decide to change your mind, you have two hours from the time of order placement to cancel the product. We can assist you with cancelling the order if you call us at +91 8080012498 (Mon-Sat: 10 am to 6 PM) or send us an email at info@neonglamz.com with your reasons. After you request to cancel an item or items in your order, we will take up to 24 hours to complete the cancellation. An email will be sent to you informing you of this. In these situations, we will cancel the order and issue a refund to you within 24 to 48 business hours of our properly processing your cancellation request.
Orders that are already shipped… How to cancel?
If you need to cancel after the shipment has been shipped or if you want to return something, we will process your refund after the products have been received and checked at our warehouse. This only applies if you made the cancellation request within two hours of placing your order. Please note that you cannot return or replace any individual item in the kit or set.
