How to Use

1. Prep Your Eyes: Ensure your eyelids are clean and free of oils. Apply NEON GLAMZ eye shadow primer to help the eyeliner stay in place.
2. Start with a Steady Hand:
3. Begin at the Inner Corner:
   • Gently pull your eyelid taut.
   • Place the tip of the liquid eyeliner at the inner corner of your eye, close to the lash line.
4. Draw the Line:
   • Use small, short strokes to draw a thin line along the upper lash line. Start from the inner corner and work toward the outer corner.
   • Keep the line as close to the lashes as possible for a natural look.
5. Create the Wing (Optional) with NEON GLAMZ Wing Liner.
