How to Use Lipstick

1. Moisturize and exfoliate your lips: Use a NEON GLAMZ’s Lip Scrub to exfoliate your lips and get rid of any dead skin. After that, moisturize your lips with NEON GLAMZ’s Lip Balm. Lipstick will not stay on lips that are dry.
2. Line your lips: You can avoid going over your lip line with the liquid lipstick by using NEON GLAMZ’s lip liner to create an outline of your lips. Additionally, lining can stop darker hues from bleed or feather onto the area around your lips. To create a foundation for long-wearing lipstick, you can apply NEON GLAMZ’s Lip Liner to your lips.
3. Apply the NEON GLAMZ Gleaming Shine Matte Lipstick to your bottom lip: Using the applicator, begin applying your lipstick in the middle of your bottom lips, where your lips purse, and work your way outward. Apply the colour sparingly along the lower lip's edge.
4. Apply the NEON GLAMZ Gleaming Shine Matte Lipstick to your upper lip: To transfer some of the colour, press your upper and lower lips together. Apply the lipstick to the middle of your upper lip, then work your way outward to line your cupid's bow.
5. Apply a second coat. Use another layer of liquid lipstick for a more intense pigment.
